2. Time Investment: Depending on the size and condition of the space, a deep cleaning may take longer than a regular maintenance cleaning. We prioritize quality to deliver the best results possible.

3. Furniture Movement: Our team may need to move light furniture items during the cleaning process to access hard-to-reach areas. We handle your belongings with care and put them back in their original places afterward. For insurance purposes, we cannot move large furniture such as sofas and beds without a signed waiver.

4. Cleaning Product Scents: During the cleaning process, some cleaning products may have strong or distinctive scents. These scents will dissipate shortly after the cleaning, leaving your home refreshed and clean.

5. Air Circulation: To aid in drying freshly mopped floors and to allow cleaning solutions to settle properly, we may suggest keeping windows slightly open or using fans for improved air circulation.

6. Streaks on Glass Surfaces: After window cleaning, you might notice streaks on the glass. This is a normal occurrence as the cleaning solution dries. These streaks will vanish over time, leaving you with sparkling windows.

7. Settling Dust and Pet Hair: While we make every effort to remove dust and pet hair during the cleaning process, it's normal for some particles to settle shortly after. Regular cleaning and maintenance can help keep your space cleaner for longer periods.

8. Put Away Toothbrushes: As part of our thorough cleaning process, we kindly request that you put away your toothbrushes and any other personal items that you prefer to remain undisturbed during the cleaning.

9. Keeping Children Away: For the safety of your children and our cleaning team, we request that you keep children away from our cleaning products and equipment during the cleaning process.

10. Noisy Equipment: Some cleaning tools and equipment may produce noise during operation. Please be assured that we strive to minimize disruptions and complete the cleaning efficiently.

11. Delicate Items: If you have delicate or valuable items, please inform our team in advance, and we'll take extra precautions while cleaning around them.

12. Home Temperature: To ensure a comfortable working environment for our cleaning crew, we appreciate if you could keep your home at a slightly lower temperature during the cleaning process.

13. Additional Services: Please note that regular cleaning does not include dishes, bed changing, cleaning inside of appliances, cleaning walls, inside cabinets/ or clutter pick-up. These services can be added for an additional fee. Additionally, we do not clean litter boxes or training potties.
